The space available for the town center project is in a very particular context: north-east and north-west relate to existing residential buildings, while the south-east and south-west the lot is practically wrapped in the park of future realization. The east side coincides with one of the many accesses to the park, coming from via De Castillia, placing it as a pre-requisite for access to the lot, while the south side is part of a fundamental design guide for the park linking the east where is the incubator for art, to the west where is planned the implementation of the pavilion for infancy.
The project revolves around the concept of court, a typical typology of urban centers such as Milan and countryside and rural constructions.
The civic center is a home for citizens, open, public, and then chosen to design a court building, which would keep the concepts of urban and rural living, but which could at the same time be a meeting place.
